Maintain accurate records of expenditures and ensure all spending aligns with the approved financial plan.</li><li>Facilities Maintenance: Take full responsibility for the maintenance of all outdoor areas, including tennis courts, landscaped grounds, paths, trees, hedges, planting schemes, the lake, car park, irrigation systems, and drainage infrastructure.</li><li>Court Surface Management: Oversee the preparation and upkeep of all indoor and outdoor tennis court surfaces. Wycombe Abbey seeks to appoint a member of Grounds Staff to undertake the upkeep and maintenance of the School’s grounds and gardens.Reports to:Grounds Manager, and ultimately to the Headmistress.Contract:This is a full-time, permanent contract. The first six months will be a probationary period.Hours of Work:37.5 hours per week, working 7:30am - 3:45pm, Monday to to Friday, plus every fourth Saturday, 7:30am - 12:30pm, 52 weeks per year.
