The Operative Ranger will play a dynamic role in supporting existing teams to keep Hampstead Heath clean and safe, engaging with visitors and community groups, continuing with the upkeep of fine turf sports pitches, amenity grass areas and facilities, including a UKA, Trackmark certificated, Athletics Track, and supporting events and entertainment across the department.The ideal CandidateYou will have a full clean driving licence. You have a good understanding of Health &amp; Safety within a work environment. You have the relevant certification to operate machinery and tools. You will have demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced open spaces environment. You have good communication skills, can follow company policies and procedures, and provide accurate updates to your line manager both written and verbal. You show initiative and work well in a team.
