Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys working with stadiums, sports clubs, and modern turf technology? Rhenac Group is expanding its TLS business, and we're looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK &amp; Ireland — one of our key regions. In this role, you’ll own the market, build relationships with sports organisations and partners, and support wider EMEA sales activities.What you’ll do<ul><li>Grow TLS sales across the UK &amp; Ireland</li><li>Build relationships with stadium operators; football, rugby, and cricket clubs; and sports authorities</li><li>Work with architects, pitch builders, consultants, and construction partners</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → proposals → negotiation → closing</li><li>Develop partnerships with local agents and international distributors</li><li>Achieve regional sales and margin targets</li><li>Collaborate with our engineering, R&amp;D, and technical teams in Germany</li><li>Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity</li><li>Represent TLS and Rhenac at industry events and conferences</li></ul>What you bring<ul><li>Self-driven and ambitious, with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience working remotely</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Proven background in technical or B2B sales (sports, turf, lighting, or facilities is a plus)</li><li>An existing network in the sports or stadia industry is highly beneficial</li><li>Fluent English; additional languages (German/French) are an advantage</li><li>Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally</li><li>An interest in sport and technology</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus</li><li>Autonomy and ownership of a key region</li><li>All tools and support required for success</li><li>Business travel expenses covered</li><li>Additional benefits provided during recruitment</li></ul>Interested?
