business development by identifying opportunities, building client relationships,&nbsp;and&nbsp;contributing&nbsp;to growth&nbsp;strategies.</li><li>Oversee and project manage pitch renovation and reconstruction projects, working with contractors&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure they&nbsp;are&nbsp;completed&nbsp;on&nbsp;time&nbsp;and&nbsp;to&nbsp;high&nbsp;standards.</li><li>Produce&nbsp;detailed,&nbsp;professional&nbsp;reports&nbsp;for&nbsp;clients,&nbsp;communicating&nbsp;complex&nbsp;information&nbsp;clearly.</li><li>Work&nbsp;closely&nbsp;with&nbsp;clients&nbsp;to&nbsp;meet&nbsp;and&nbsp;exceed&nbsp;their&nbsp;expectations.</li><li>Support clients in assisting with agronomic decisions that promote optimal turf health.&nbsp;Travel&nbsp;frequently&nbsp;toclient&nbsp;locations,&nbsp;often&nbsp;requiring&nbsp;work&nbsp;during&nbsp;non-standard&nbsp;hours,&nbsp;including&nbsp;weekends&nbsp;and&nbsp;holidays.</li></ul><h3>ESSENTIAL&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;EXPERIENCE:</h3><ul><li>Proven&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;sports&nbsp;turf&nbsp;management,&nbsp;ideally&nbsp;with&nbsp;professional&nbsp;football&nbsp;clubs.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;of agronomy&nbsp;and&nbsp;pitch&nbsp;care&nbsp;techniques.</li><li>Experience &nbsp;with &nbsp;pitch &nbsp;renovation, reconstruction, &nbsp;and &nbsp;maintenance &nbsp;with &nbsp;references&nbsp;showcasing&nbsp;past&nbsp;work.</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;report&nbsp;writing&nbsp;and&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills.</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;handle&nbsp;pressure,&nbsp;manage&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;projects,&nbsp;and&nbsp;meet&nbsp;deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Computer&nbsp;literate&nbsp;with proficiency&nbsp;in&nbsp;relevant&nbsp;software.</li><li>Industry&nbsp;qualifications&nbsp;in&nbsp;turf&nbsp;management&nbsp;(e.g.&nbsp;Level&nbsp;3&nbsp;Diploma,&nbsp;BASIS,&nbsp;or&nbsp;equivalent).&nbsp;</li><li>A&nbsp;valid&nbsp;driver’s&nbsp;licenseand&nbsp;willingness&nbsp;to&nbsp;travel&nbsp;extensively.</li></ul><h3>DESIRABLE&nbsp;SKILLS:</h3><ul><li>Experience&nbsp;working&nbsp;with&nbsp;high-end&nbsp;clients,&nbsp;delivering&nbsp;exceptional&nbsp;customer&nbsp;service.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;latest&nbsp;turfmanagement&nbsp;technologies&nbsp;and&nbsp;practices.</li><li>Experience&nbsp;leading&nbsp;teams&nbsp;or&nbsp;managing&nbsp;large&nbsp;turf&nbsp;projects.</li></ul><h3>PERSONAL
