Freemen’s School is seeking a skilled and motivated Head of Grounds and Gardens to lead the management of or prestigious 57-acre estate. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional professional to take ownership of a diverse estate that supports both academic life and high-performance sport.

As Head of Grounds and Gardens you will lead the strategic and day to day management of our extensive and impressive school grounds ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll oversee a team, manage budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
