Your key responsibilities will include:

The role is based across various sites and requires flexibility and adaptability to changing needs of the Club. The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Assist with preparing and maintaining football pitches to the highest standards.

- Assist in the renovations of pitches to maintain a high standard of playing surfaces at all times.

- Operating and caring for the ground’s equipment and machinery.

- Assisting with general maintenance of landscape areas and carrying out general ground duties.

This role will suit a person who strives for the highest standards, has a can-do attitude, and wishes to work as part of a team.

This role is subject to a DBS check.

Your skills and experience

Must have:

- A minimum Level 2 qualification in greenkeeping or groundsman ship

- 3+ years’ experience in sports turf/grounds maintenance

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Bonus if you also have:

- Experience of hybrid pitches or US spec construction greens

- Familiarity with turf maintenance machinery

- PA1, PA2, and PA6 spraying certificates- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
